The Captain’s Hair – Part 1

I wanted to have a few episodes in the can before I posted this first part, but I’ve been struggling hard with drawing part two. I’ve got at least 8 drafts of part 2 that I hate.

So I decided to post this one so that I have my back up against the wall.

And for those of you who aren’t up on your recent Trek shows. This is Captain Pike from Star Trek: Strange New World’s.

ThThe actor who plays Captain Pike, Anson Mount, has some great hair, and the internet was losing it’s mind at how it was getting bigger over the course of a few episodes. Fans even dubbed the do ‘Pike’s Peak’ which is better than any joke I could make.

So my thought was to do a fan art storyline with Pike’s hair. See if I could come up with an in-universe reason for Pike’s hair growing out of control.
